Dandara Living is a leading independent developer in the UK. We are currently developing our proposals to replace The Chilterns Shopping Centre with a new community at the heart of High Wycombe town centre.

In the meantime, the Chilterns Shopping Centre will remain open for business. We are home to a range of local independent traders, community services and well-known brands.

Our development will complement Buckinghamshire Council's desire to regenerate the town of High Wycombe, to create a place people will want to live in, work in and visit.

This website contains information about our updated proposal. You can let us know what you think by completing the online feedback form . You can also submit questions using this form and a member of the team will get back to you. This latest round of consultation will run until Friday 8 September 2023. We intend to submit the planning application later this year.
